In the last few weeks I purchased 2 EDMU gauges from EDgun west. Both gauges function perfectly but the plastic lens on my second one looks terrible. It has lines cast into it and looks like garbage. I sent an email to EDgun west 3 days ago asking how to get a replacement lens and have been completely ignored. At $98 each delivered you'd think they could replace a defective plastic lens or at least return an email. I hoped they would be better. The lens looks clearer in person but the lines look worse.

Sorry, your lens is cloudy. I did send out a replacement lens to a gentleman last week, but I spoke to him on the phone. I have searched my emails, and he is the only person who asked me for a new lens recently.

The lens doesn't look cloudy in person but you can see those lines that are cast into the plastic from across the room. I did follow your email link on the website to resolve the problem and I haven't had an undelivered email out of thousands over the years. Here is the original email I sent you. You can use the order number to send the replacement lens.
