Question: Are you using the stronger, 57 mm Hammer Spring or the 52 mm OEM spring?

Question: Would this procedure also apply to .25 cal?

Thanks for the video. Intesting you don’t match your reg/hammer/velocity. If you found your best groups where at a slower velocity would you drop the reg pressure?

Enjoyed the video, and trying not to be picky it seemed more about finding the right pellet for your gun instead of harmonics, i thought you might be changing the harmonics with dampers or weights, still enjoyed it thank you.

How does this prove that harmonics are giving you the best group and not just the speed relative to the twist rate of the barrel and its ability to stabilize and or maintain the best BC/drag at range?


sorry, thanks for spending all that time on this and I definitely appreciate it as well as enjoy it. Just wondering if you could explain why this is determined to be harmonics producing accuracy instead of stability of the projectile.

I've been using Dan Newberry's optimal charge weight procedure for powder burners for years. It's very effective. I wondered about using the same sort of thing in airguns, but assumed (based of the amount of energy released when firing) that the impact of harmonics on airguns was not important. 

This changes my thinking on that. Thanks!
