Bottom line: No.
The Daystate Regal is outstanding value due to high quality engineering, and the Minelli walnut stock. FX streamline synthetic is a contender as a slightly less expensive alternative; also Benjamin Marauder is a great rifle, that's less expensive. Be aware that the barrels in the FX and Daystate are different designs, extensively discussed on forums; both good, but FX only at higher power.
If there is anyway you can swallow the $$$ pain now is the time to buy the Regal because the exchange rate greatly favors US at present, so Daystate products are on discount at the moment.

I don't know who sell them nowadays and I don't think you will have the option of a mag.
A regal is expensive, but well worth the money. Why not look at the second hand market?
