Cricket c-clip mystery

Guys,

Hope some knowledgeable guys with a cricket can help. I was putting the rifle away and a c-clip just fell onto the floor. It's a small one roughly about a 1/4" wide. The gun was not in pieces as if I was doing maintenance. So I was thinking it may have somehow picked up the c-clip while on my bench or it could have some how fell off from inside which is unlikely. Any ideas guys? Tried looking for a manual but no such luck online.

Small c- clip on the trigger rod return spring. That’s the only clip outside and one inside the AT on the reg rear piston.

Rear of trigger blade — it’s on the 3mm rod, only one spring on the rod, spring about an 1” Long
