Bt65sb .357 mods tuning

I just purchased a new bt65sb in .357. I am interested in the following modifications, increasing fps, good accuracy, easier cocking, and adding a depinger.

Does anyone here do mods or tuning? I'm not mechanically inclined and some of the forums I've read are too technical. 

Any informations would be appreciated
