Found a ton of these guys coming up out of the mulch at a customers house.

Who plans on playing hide and go seek/shoot with these little buggers this year?

I am a stones throw from Missouri and haven't seen any yet, I will have to keep a eye out. We could start a contest! I could cast a trophy out of spent pellets in the shape of a cicada! Lol

Was at my moms 30 miles south of me last Sat and they were popping out then. Birds were having a feast. Watched a wood pecker just go nuts in one tree. I still don’t have any at my house.

They are all over here just south of you. Dog is too afraid to go poop in the back yard because of all the crawlies out there. She was eating the shells. I think she though they were chips. Need an airsoft for the wife and son to use as target practice on these things.

I like the st Charles area, I use to deal with gateway bmw up there. By far my favorite motorcycle dealership I haven’t been since they moved.

just got back from moms for Mother’s Day. Cicadas are deafening now. Took the prod,1322, and bandit with me. Prod was the winner popping them outa trees like grapes

We saw a bunch at a rest stop in Alabama on our way to our daughter's house in Georgia. They were all over the ground and in the trees, it was pretty creepy! Didn't see any at my daughter's place in GA and have not seen any here in NWFL either.

I love the guys running around without helmets on their motorcycles now that MO is helmetless. Good thing these things don't fly very well cause taking cicadas to the face would really suck at 70 mph.

I caught a big June bug with my forehead just riding my bike down a big hill as a kid. Hurt like hell, can only imagine one of these things tagging you at speed.

Between the cicadas, the eclipse, and seeing the northern lights this weekend , it has been a strange spring.
