These NP guns can be tough to shoot, but are very forgiving in ways: can leave it cocked for extended periods and not worry about damage, they are pretty low maintenance, are easy to get parts for (especially due to parts interchangeability with other models), and easy to work on (when you have a proper spring compressor). Something else to consider is this: if you put in the time learning how to shoot a gun that is hold sensitive, you will be able to shoot anything well.
