Anybody else out there that owns a ATN 4k pro have issues getting their Type C usb to insert? I don’t want to put the beans to it and break something. Any help would be great. These scaly tails are a bit over populated around the house.

The type C USB charging cable that came with the unit fits fine now although it was a pain to get in the first few times I charged the unit. My eyes are a bit old so I tried to plug in my phone charger a couple of times before I figured out what I was doing. The phone charger is a micro-USB so although the plug is pretty much the same size it is shaped slightly different.

Does your charge cord have a 90° bend encasing the tip of cord by chance? Thank you for the heads up.

Mine was pretty snug the first couple times also, I had to finesse it a bit to get it seated. It's fine now, so may have just needed a bit of use to loosen it up.

Spray it with WD-40.
Mine was the same way and eventually loosened up and is fine now.

It should be fine lol. Mine was the same as all the others mentioned as well. I love the battery life on these things haha I can hunt all night 
Mine has the 90 as well. It should be fine just a bit snug at first.
Shame on you Rob haha. It was funny but I believe from some of the post on the forums as of late there are a few that would have made a boo boo haha.
