not happy with Arken. ordered a scope april 1. they charged my card the same day. no shipping or tracking info yet. no one will answer their phone. no replies to my text or emails. BUMMER.
If you ordered online without speaking to a human over the phone they may be closed due to lockdown and their auto system may be taking and charging the order as it normally would. YO!
Everything is slowed way down. Yesterday I received a pellet order i placed on March 14. I never did get a tracking number, and this is from a very reputable airgun supplier we all know.
Be patient, and keep trying to contact them. At worst you can cancel the transaction with your card company.
probably for one they are out of stock and be pretty crazy if they at least didn't email you back, I had a sh-4 was nice turrets but the reticle is thicker than I like at 10 power
when i saw the web page it listed the scope as "in stock". i assumed it would ship quick. i skipped over the banner that said 4--6 week order lead time. i am guessing that in stock means on some factory shelf in china. does the USA allow anything from china into the states now?
