Nice find. The Foxeer Legend series are pretty nice mini-cams..
I've always been big into the RC aerial video hobby, and a lot of us have used these..
808 #16 cams were around 1st, then the Mobius cams. I have a few, and Highly recommend them.
Mobius action cams have also put out a few different versions to date, and would also work like a charm.

Thanks for posting this info. I've been thinking about some type of camera setup for about 1 year but never found anything that fit what I wanted at a decent price. I'm not planning to start a YouTube channel, I just want to see my shots when I go ground squirrel hunting. Didn't want to use an Iphone or have to look at the camera screen attached to my scope or step up to an ATN. Also wanted some magnification. I just ordered one of these:

I think that it will be pretty easy to move the camera to different rifles

You're welcome! Hopefully, you'll really enjoy your Mobius cam.
Over the years, I have shot sooo much footage through all of mine, and, 
I've even mounted them on top of my professional cameras - in different directions - for different video perspectives.
They're just so versatile..

Great idea and setup you went with!

You'll have to pop back in with your thoughts later on once you've figured everything out!

BTW, you can do quite a bit of configuring / customizing of these cams also!
You'll just need to download the mSetup app. It's a GUI [Graphic User Interface] 
Open it, plug in your cam via usb, the app recognizes it, and will let you adjust things from there..
Once you have your options down, you can save the settings.
