An hour just as the sun goes down

I have been waiting for an early dart from work and dry evenings to come together to allow me to get out and test the home built Night Vision I built a month or so back.
tonight was that night
initial impressions of the NV is it is a clear picture and the NV light is unreal.
managed to drop onto a neighbours paddock and bagged a couple of Rabbit in quick succession, range estimated around 30 yards on both.
moved off to the other side of the paddock and more rabbit appeared, but due to this being first use of the NV I underestimated the range.
more practice required there during the day and night
anyway, both taken clean with head shots from the AA TDR in .22 and sub 12ft/lb

It's home made NV
most of the parts bought separately from a company called Sure24
torch has a high power infrared light emitting from it on a tail switch
