Darryl was the case still in the box? Tool kit and all, or just the rifle missing? You said 9 lbs missing from 28 lbs, so I’m assuming just the rifle was taken.
Either way, it still sucks man.

I think people were looking for a date and location. Not an address just a general part of the country. Lack of information combined with the poster makes it look like the "Stolen from Charlies Used Cars" advertisement. Its pretty clear there are 2 guns that went missing in transit. One post stats customer opened box at home and nothing was in the box. The dimension of the box is 46x17x7 and weighs 28 lbs. I'm giving the customer the benefit of the doubt he didn't notice the 9 lb missing from the box. Another post on page 2 stated one was missing from Fedex and one from UPS. Sorry you think it might be a hoax and the silly WANTED poster.

Unfortunately nothing was left but the box. See customer supplied picture.Darryl was the case still in the box? Tool kit and all, or just the rifle missing? You said 9 lbs missing from 28 lbs, so I’m assuming just the rifle was taken.

Yes, per the customer the 9.5 lb gun was not in the case. The location was San Diego California and the package was delivered to a UPS store and signed for by an employee. The employee stated to me that the customer has been a customer for 3 years and has had several boxes like mine shipped to them and has never had an issue.I think people were looking for a date and location. So the 9 lb gun was missing but the other 19 lbs was still in the box?
You seem pretty uppity about people questioning when you caused it to be questioned with the cartoon poster an no other info on top of posting this in industry news.
Thanks for adding info but it should've been in the original post.Yes, per the customer the 9.5 lb gun was not in the case. I'm new and uneducated on these darn forum's. Thanks for helping me out. Luke is our social media person and I'll probably catch hell for posting.Thank for adding info but it should've been in the original post.
I'm guilty of reading things in a negative light when that may not have been the intention. We live and learn.
OK, I’ll cut you some slack. Hopefully there’s not going to be a next time, but if there is, include as much info as possible, just like if you were making out a police report. Dates, times, places, names etc.I'm new and uneducated on these darn forum's. Thanks for helping me out. Luke is our social media person and I'll probably catch hell for posting.

You are correct. The label does have senders name on it and under the name (owner) it has GoG Paintball and our address. The picture below shows the brown box with Fragile tape around the center and fiber tape sealing the ends. All airguns go out this way.

I agree it seems very weird. I guess possibly fedex ground is different. However I know now days on the freight side of things most docks of any size have cameras everywhere out there. Would be really hard to steal something that substantial. A facility can really narrow down the time by the tracking info that the gun was on the dock and the video could be reviewed. Management does not like things like this happening at all. Its a metric/numbers driven system totally and these loses don’t look good for them. If it comes down to a driver that would be even easier to figure out.It is weird to me though, that just the rifle have been taken, it is after all a substantial item, not something you pocket or hide under a jacket,,,, maybe not even a trench coat.
If i try and revind my mind back to when i was a parasite, i would have run with the whole thing for sure.
Yeah, not noticing the weight discrepancy makes it a little sketchy, like the customer might be lying. How do you not notice a weight difference when the package was signed for? The rifle is over 10lbs?
Extraction and retaped...sounds more like local hub problem than down the line
So, from the picture, he just got the empty case and a box? That’s maybe 5 lbs. He would have noticed that. Sounds like there’s a possible 2 for 1 deal brewing here.Unfortunately nothing was left but the box. See customer supplied picture.View attachment 447334
I’ve been thinking this since the first guy kinda eluded to it. How exciting does a grown man have to be to tote basically an empty box back to his house. Was he thinking the whole time that he might have struck gold by getting Scouts first titanium model? So, from the picture, he just got the empty case and a box? That’s maybe 5 lbs. Where is the picture of the box? I would have wanted to see the re tape job.Unfortunately nothing was left but the box. See customer supplied picture.View attachment 447334
