AirForce .308 TexanSS clipping

I wondered why my new Texan SS .308 was shooting so poorly ....never wanted to believe the new gun was clipping 3 of the 4 baffles. ... Yes I did drill a size larger ... but this should not happen to any expensive gun. i will contact airforce, I ain't happy.

I had end cap clip but never all baffles ,I heard their service is poor if it is new send it back and get another sounds like barrel or bushings messed up LOU

Yes that sounds like a bad barrel bushing. Maybe a missing O ring on a bushing?

Yeah I'd want a partial refund. Bad QC tax for them.

Well airforce gave me a quick reply,,,, sending new baffles,,, they indicated that end cap needs to keep tight,,, all baffles are held in place by end caps screws. So other SS owners please be advised....
