Smoking alot,temperature 35 c. Throwing oil from around motor fan area and smoking at cylinder area,also out oil vent.output psi less than 1000psi . changed oil on time,used the oil they recommend.changed cotton filter,on time.very bottom of filter was always (black),dirty.use a prefilter on the air intake side .regularly change materials.well I'll contact air venturi 07/22/2019.let's see if they stand behind warranty???i had the air venturi booster,it lasted less than 1 year,sent back to air venturi,got the compressor.less than 1 year and it's not working.back to hand pumping.that is tough on this old GRUNT. AIRBORNE....RANGER....INFANTRY...i can hang,.anybody have similar experience with this compressor?

I use 5w30 full synthetic it works best. I have the lightning air Venturi. The book is outdated 5w30 full synthetic is what should be used in it.

Had a similar problem with mine about a year ago. Sent it back and they repaired it free of charge. Just hope you kept the box it came in. Trying to find one to return it in may be a pain.
