Is the vevor and the Yong Heng both water cooled the same?i no the Vevor has a shroud around the crank case.Just different name's?Would anybody have a pic. of the high pressure piston in the Vevor?Well thats about it for now??
Willy,
Viewing eBay advertising pics of the "shroud -covered crankcase" Vevor, it appears to share a similar water-cooling program as Yong Heng. The Vevor and Yong Heng are different brands, not same thing labelled differently. You are wise to want a picture of the Vevor high pressure piston, that will be a significant clue. Not long ago, a newer member asked about another brand as compared to Yong Heng. Several members warned about the "other" brand while even more spoke on the toughness and longevity of the Yong Heng. Admiring the features of the "other" brand more, the member made his choice. Upon delivery, the "other" brand shorted out dead at switch on. Not much sympathy was garnered when member reported this unfortunate matter back to the forum. I realize the Vevor is $236 while the Yong Heng Hardcover Model is $259, the $23 savings, IMHO, is not worth the risk. WM
