The Texan is also coming out in .50cal and with the new valve and bottle it’s also putting out 800+ fpe. Just thought I’d let you know if you didn’t see that one too. American airgunner and Mr. Hollowpoint have videos on YouTube. I’d like to see how they both preform head to head.

When will Hatsan learn? Strapping the scope mount to the bottle was a disaster in the Bully causing POI shifts. I don't see why this one would be any better.

I fixed mine by detaching the connection and mounting the scope with a series of offset picatinny risers.

I did the same, got rid of the bottle cover on my Bully, then purchased a scope rail for a Bullmaster gun from hatsan. It looks factory, give me a sight picture to cheek weld like it came that way, and ended up making my gun more accurate in that configuration. The Bullmaster scope rail is solid, not a hollowed our channel like the Bully’s was, and is a straight bolt on like it was meant to be there.

My Bully had the same rail setup, but wait guys it looks like Hatsan has a secure bottle clamp on that front barrel support. If that is the case, all will be good. As long as the bottle clamp is not able to twist around the bottle POI will not change !!!

Securely mounting to the bottle is never a good idea. It moves with pressure and install positions. The best scenario is to float the barrel out the receiver. Not hard to do. Hatsan needs to hire better engineers.
