760 pumpmaster

I found an old 760 pumpmaster in my grandmothers garage it has a rifled barrel and every thing. You can almost feel the quality emanating from it. Just kidding but it is a lot sturdier than the newer 760 I had for a while. Somebody had jammed 12 pellets into the barrel but I was able to remove them all I will get to see how well it shoots in a couple of days.

Is that the model with the small rectangular pumping handle? I had one back in the mid 80's and the barrel was not rifled. Just how old is that gun?!?

I wish I had a nickel for every pump I've put into one of those! My Dad took me to get mine, I'll never forget, it was $15.95 plus tax. That was a while back!

I had one too. I loved that gun as a kid. I don't know how many critters fell to that little rifle. Man those were good times!

Yes Ted thats the one. I don't know how old it is but the barrel is rifled. I have some more pellets on the way and will get to test it soon. Cant wait to see what happens

I have one now my grandsons and I shoot it all the time it is a blast many of paper cups have met their demise due to that gun LOL.

I grew up with a 760. Great memories! I still have the gun but it's not operable, Mine was not rifled but I have read that they did make some that were. I would have worn mine out with bbs so I guess it's best it was not rifled.

it was pretty clever the gun was designed to cock when you pumped the gun a couple of times.
