3L eBay tanks

if you are talking about the HPA tank , only on i saw listed was from china. it is 19 inches long and 5 inches in diameter. about the size of expert hpa guppy maybe or smallest air venturi tank , or smallest omega.

i just checked if it's the cylinder i just saw. STAY AWAY!! i looked over pics and there are at least 2 different tanks with different labels! one says 3 year max and other says 5 year max. I completely understand money is tight , BUT , this is not the area you want to cut corners on. if your power plant fails , YOU take the hit. I strongly recommend you get a tank from the big three in the U.S. don't have it all? get the tank from PA or AD and pay it with AFFIRM. good luck

I'm pretty sure you are talking about the acecare tanks. As the poster above. That is false. These tanks are made just like the ones in the states. They are 5 years hydro test and 15 years life. They are also CE certified and not DOT. CE is what Europe used. They are both same level as for safety. But stations in the US will not fill non DOT tanks by law. So you must have your own compressor. I own the 6.8l tank from China 4 years now. I never had a problem with it. A lot of people also have the acecare tanks and they all have good reviews on it. The only thing some people don't like is the valves that came with the tank. Doesn't look great, but it works. I say if you have your own compressor, go with it. These tanks are $150-300 depend on size and where you get it. Verses same tank from Joe, pa, Omega, etc. They will cost your $600-700.

2fast2furious - yes i believe it was an acecare tank. as far as quality , IDK about them , so i would have to yield to you on that point. what bothered me was the ad pics clearly showed 2 different labels with different "maximums" as i stated prior. when i see that compounded with ebay seller. i get very antsy , and will err on side of caution as well as recommend that another do the same. that was all. in the end , it is up to the individual. but still stand by my recommendation. with respect.

Here's what my acecare tank looks like. Mine is the 6.8l. you can see the size of it compare to the soda box. It has two gauges. Smaller one reads pressure in the tank. The larger gauge reads output pressure going into the gun. It has an male quick disconnect fill on the valve. So you just hook up with a female quick disconnect like you would on a impact or marauder.

Yes, I have a Shoebox, also a Benjamin small tank. I would like a larger tank, but don't want a "full sized" one. The 6.8L looks like a 45m, or 66cuft tank. I would like to see a pic if the 3L. Thanks for the pics, 2fast.

I also have an old fiberglass SCBA tank with a real nice fill setup, probably got it from Joe B. many years ago. I wonder if the fill assembly would work with one if these tanks? I think it was DIN300.

I bought one of the 3 liter Acecare tanks a couple of years ago. Like others have said, the Acecare tank quality is just as good as any other brand. The 18mm x 1.5 neck thread size means you can't use a typical U.S. threaded 14 x .875" valve. The valve on mine looked like the SCBA fireman's valves which show the remaining tank pressure in MPa, which was a plus. I ended up selling it to a local airgun shooting buddy. I own a compressor and found that the 3 liter size didn't give me enough fills before needing to be refilled itself. After buying and selling every tank size there is from 9 liter down to 1.8 liters, I've settled on an Omega 6.8 liter sized tank and valve as my absolute favorite and last tank set I'll ever buy. The carry size is perfect and the number of fills is more than adequate. I especially like the push button bleed valve and the extra flexible kink proof hoses that are exclusive to the Omega brand tanks.

Last year, I stumbled across a seller for sever sizes of the China made carbon fiber tanks..
After a lot of research, and seeing just how much quality was put into their production,
I jumped on an 88cf version without hesitation. DOT Approved and the fit & finish rocks..
Best of all, I think I only dropped like $300.00 for it.

I'm in the middle of a project-build and needed a mini cf tank,
so also just ordered another one of these in the .22 Liter size.
If I remember, I'll pop back in with thoughts about that one too.

😊👍
