.25 Flashpup slug vs pellets.

I have a want to shoot slugs in my .25 Flashpup. Problem, the FX hybrid don’t shoot well. Like minute of cookie sheet. Has anyone found a way that they can tune the Flashpup to shoot slugs or should it just be a pellet slinger? I am looking to get the Maverick in .25 in a few months, but if they both shoot the same ammo that would be great.

Tried the same hybrids in mine. Got pretty much the same results you did...lol. It may well shoot others better, I just never tried anything else. The JSB 25.39gr's shoot excellent in my synthetic side lever so I went back to them and never looked back.

Random thought would be try a few other brands/weights and see what kind of results you get?

Hopefully someone else who owns one will chime in with a slug or slugs that worked well in theirs.

Nope. No luck in my .25 Flashpup either. Shooting the JSB 33s in both the Wildcat and Flashpup are doing great. But switched to NSA 33.5 slugs in the WC.

My Flashpup also likes the JSB 25.39 kings. They shoot great after sorting. From what I have seen online, the Flashpup will be a pellet slinger. I will hold on to the 2 boxes of hybrids for the Fx.
