I'm not big on the all black setup, but in laminate that rifle is a real looker. Kind of space age and yet classy at the same time.

It depends on how much magnification is being used. The higher it is, the narrower your depth of field. I've got a Hawke 4-16X50, and at low power the AO focus doesn't make a lot of difference at the ranges you mentioned. High power is a different story where just a few yards makes a refocus...

Never ever. I'm too spoiled by the convenience of PCPs for hunting. A full mag in the rifle and another full one in the pocket is plenty of shots for a day's worth of game. Follow up shots are faster too.
