    rear focus scopes

Quick question please, are there any rear focus scopes other than SWFA? I have some back troubles, so this feature would be a big ergonomic plus for me, especially with my springer. The swfa looks great, except I'd prefer a x-mas tree type, mil-dot reticle. thanks

    Fx impact rail mod

nice work! Here's an aftermarket product that is very similar, but I didn't buy it because it doesn't look comfortable to hold. https://krafordandlypt.com/collections/frontpage/products/fx-impact-easy-access-trigger-guard your solution looks more comfortable.

    Fifty more rats for pp700sa

you're having way too much fun! What caliber is your pp700? stock power or modified? 10 yards is pretty short range, at that range do you find a scope is better than a red dot, or open sights?

Bullpups: rear vs forward cocking levers

@James: thanks for sharing & glad you like your Bobcat @mike: your post nailed it for me. If the front cocking lever hadn't been invented yet, I'd be totally happy with the rear position. But unfortunately I have an anal-perfectionist brain that would whine & complain nonstop about the rear...

Bullpups: rear vs forward cocking levers

Thanks for the feedback so far. I've been shooting a Royale for years and it's power wheel has been a big deal for me, so no WC, altho I agree it's a great gun. n2stuff your insistence on forward cocking is convincing, so I'm leaning towards in Impact. By the way, Matt Dubber said in a thread...

Bullpups: rear vs forward cocking levers

I'm having a hard time deciding between a Dreampup or an Impact mk2. Adjustable power & the Xliner barrel are must haves, so not considering a Wildcat or other brands. At the moment I can't think of a need for more than 50 fpe, but I may be moving soon, & it's nice to have the option for more...

oops i missed that thread, thank you!

    pellets thru a FX slug-liner?

Has anyone tried firing pellets thru a liner that's intended for slugs? Obviously the twist rate & choking would be all wrong for pellets, but im curious if pellets could achieve acceptable groups at short/med distances. why? I'm intrigued by the idea of having 2 mags in your pocket. One mag...

    HW50 feedback wanted.

I wanted a 12 fpe HW. Couldn't decide between a HW50s & a detuned R9, so bought both. Kept the 50s. I just really like the size, weight, and the firing cycle. The detuned R9 had a long & mushy firing cycle, whereas the 50s is short & quick with the Vortek kit (measured at 13fpe) Yes my 50s could...

    My new video is up!!

Bob, After you clean the barrel & confirm the velocity is ok with a chrony, I recommend you try this technique to determine if you got a bad batch of pellets that might be creating the wobble: technique starts at 15:11

    fx dreamline carbine

Phildog I think it's been said that Fx figured out how to simplify the design of the Impact and therefore the DL will cost a lot less even with the same features.

    fx dreamline carbine

I came across this photo, I sure hope FX sees it and thinks about making this carbine version! I'd probably buy 2 DLs, one normal size & one carbine. Leshiy killer? [S]

    WTB Fx Ranchero in .177

If you're interested, please send me your phone # & a few pics of your .177 Ranchero pistol (synthetic stock or carbine, I'm not really interested in spending extra for the walnut pistol stock, & I'm not interested in a .22).Also, I have a LW regulated P-rod for trade if you'd like some extra...

    FX Dreamline modular system

to anyone at IWA: can a shorter air tube be mounted to make a short carbine, or even a pistol?

    FX Dreamline modular system

Awesome! losing the forward cocking lever was for me a dealbreaker, but now im interested again. Thanks for sharing Matt! looking at Michael's last picture, does it look like the air cylinder can be removed, or is it fixed?

Wildcat Mk2- doesn't need external adjusters?

Interesting comments, Griff I think you're right that we'll have to wait & see. I think my perfect rifle would be a Wildcat with adjustable power, was kinda bummed when it wasn't added to the Mk2, but perhaps the replaceable barrel liners will increase interest for this, & maybe we'll see the...

Wildcat Mk2- doesn't need external adjusters?

Im a bit confused. So the TwistX allows barrel inserts to optimise the twist & choke for a certain pellet/slug. But every projectile will have a different ideal velocity for accuracy. So if you change the barrel liner, won't you want to tweak the reg or hammer spring like one can do on the...

From Springers to PCP's back to Springers

My story sounds similiar. I find that my springer is more fun to shoot & it's the gun I grab when i go out to plink, but I still use the PCPs when hunting.
