Hi, the front plug is indeed a 1/8 bspp in order to mount the manometer gauge and monitor the regulator pressure for tuning. The second #60 on the side of the plenum is the bleed screw to degass the DRS.
Hi , you can mount an angled manometer bracket to the side of the SHP plenum for easy viewing and monitoring the regulator pressure. No need to dril the plenum ;-)

I'm sorry ljgnemo, I read the post to quickly and missread. I take it that it is leaking here then you have to change the O-ring on the tube end on that side if you have a round nose plier you can unscrew it and put in a new 28x3 NBR 70 O-ring Or send it to AoA and let them fix it. //johan
