hey man, I see that the DVR portion is out of stock now.. Is that needed?

Im pretty sure they are rats. They are pretty big and their tails are long. From looking it up, voles are more mouse sized and have a short tail.

I know Straight Shooters sell a sampler of pellets, but I was curious if there were other options out there? I see some "factory" samplers are out there but what about from Joe Schmo or someone on ebay? I tried to search some but didnt come back with much... Maybe fellow forum members sell...

Will that compact scope work with the BKL 260-D7 mount? I know you're against me getting a variable power scope. but if I dont do any windage adjustments, the variable zoom will still keep me accurate. Its just when I do windage, I'll get screwed up at a higher power, right? I just see more...

Thanks old spook. I'm going to use it soley for ratting. I may take it out here and there to plink though. Are there any affordable FFP scopes? Since I'm ratting I think I'd need a 40mm objective , right? Any suggestions on rings or mount from Amazon? Thanks a lot.

How can you determine if you need one or not? Would it hurt to have one?

Is there an advantage to a 30mm tube versus 1" Id assume more light transmission/clearer picture? Any suggestions on a 1" tube, or should I stay 30mm?

So Im looking to get an optic for backyard pest control. I do know I need a drooper mount and some rings. From what Ive read, it seems that I should get a rail and then rings separate, and not a one price design, true? Also looking for a scope that will work for say 10yds to 30yds maybe? Again...

So I was looking at these two pellet guns. There are many variations of each. I plan on getting a scope and usually the one included with the gun isn't worth much. I plan on getting it in .22 caliber as well. Any suggestions?

Thanks fellas. I dont know whats drawing them into the yard. I just bought this house and it was an older home there but they completely knocked it down and rebuilt a brand new home on the lot. The neighborhood is an older one, so its been established for YEARS...

Hey guys, So long story short, I though I had a mole issue with borrow holes in the back yard. In the end its rats. Yeah. I dont know where they came from as I dont live near any big cities, no livestock etc. So my need to get rid of them as landed me here.... I think I want a gas spring/nitro...
