I just bought an Air Chrony MK3 and I am (sadly) surprised with battery usage. After an average of 25 shots the thing asks to change batteries. I used as requested 3 X alkaline batteries AAA all new. I sent an email to them but no answer at all. Does anyone have any battery issues like this?

That's why the backstop is articulated with hinges. I hope to have that angle when I hit it. The plate is almost 4mm and somewhat heavy for shooting pellets 50m and beyond. The backstop will be need when using against something I don't want to hit when practicing like a wall for instance.

Thanks. Well, this is gonna be used at the shooting range. Hopefully, when the articulated backstop is hitted it should absorb the majority of the pellet energy. No intention to use it closer, like 25m or less. Not worthwile to run the risk of ricochets.

Guys: What is the difference between the original sideshot high capacity magazine and bracket and the one being sold by FX. Is there any difference in quality/operation? FX is charging $90 for the kit and sideshot $150. I am wondering why the difference.

Guys: What is the difference between the Impact MKII cocking block and pellet probe holder and screw to the ones of my curent Impact .25 STX? Is there a need to replace them for safety reasons? I am ordering a Power Plenum and wondering on the other upgrades as well listed by FX.

Does anybody know what would be the ideal torque for a 600mm barrel nut on a FX Impact STX .25? And, anybody could suggest/recommend a a suitable torque wrench for that? I have read about it months ago and how it affects accuracy. It would be nice to repeat the same torque when reinstalling...
