Thanks for the thread confirmation, and for the video link. I've actually watched that video before, and I'm looking forward to trying to thread on the lathe. Next time I need something from McMaster Carr, I'll likely order some material for the probe and transfer port. Rusty

While I'm thinking about this, does anyone know the thread size for the brass transfer port? I don't have a thread gauge that fits it, but I'm guessing maybe M12x1.00? Rusty

That will be true at some point, but the lathe is brand new, and I haven't begun to learn how to use it. I've got a CNC mill that I'm pretty experienced with, but I've never owned a lathe before. I'll work my way up to more complex parts. Rusty

Interesting info. Now that I have a lathe, I really need to make one of those pin probes. I only shoot slugs, so it should work well. As for the transfer port, it would be nice if these were available blank, so you could custom machine your own opening. I just sent Huma a message to see if...

Glad to see they changed this. I'm sure they were bombarded with phone calls to speak with the tech. Hopefully my kit will show up fairly soon.

Will the video be posted on the FXAirguns channel on YouTube? I don't see it yet, but it would be really handy. I have a kit on order as well, and I'd like to have the assembly instructions if there's anything that isn't obvious about it. Thanks. Rusty

Yep, that's exactly what they told me a couple weeks ago too, and I posted it earlier in the thread. They seem to have changed the policy. Hope they don't change it back :-) Rusty

I've read that it fits all of them, and mine is a pre "X" version, so I'll find out when the kit arrives.
