I have a Vevor it runs fine. Just don't start it under load. Besides the front shroud The only thing I see thats different is the bolts in the head are silver not black, the fan cover is metal not plastic and the compressor has a reset switch by the power cord on the back.

It would have to be a really good deal cause you can get a Vevor water cooled compressor at Vevor.com right now for $104. And yes as far as I know it will fill a 6.8l bottle. Check it out it's the manual shut off version. Go to Vevor.com and search pcp.
