I agree. Animals vary in size and it's not always going to be right on. What do you suggest doing if you don't have a rangefinder or it dies mid trip? Leaving ethics out I think being 10% off is better than guessing the range and being more off.

Thanks all for your knowledge! How(if you have strelok) have you guys set up Strelok? -Zeroing weather enabled? -Chronographed pellets at different temps? I see there is an option to put in pellet speed at different temperatures, and strelok figures out the inbetweens(?).
