At 100 a 30fps drop is .5mil difference in drop. I'd call 1.8" off a flier. In terms of hunting... that's still near 1"@50...the difference between hiting or missing a house sparrow, heart shot or low gut shot on a starling, or braining a squirrel or just removing its jaw.

Mine was 25/30 from ground up I thought. The 25/30 dream tac come with 600mm barrels and 290cc air tubes where as the 177/22 have 500mm, 250cc or 220cc air tubes and internal kits. I believe you and Sqwirl are correct. I'll try the internal hammer spring adjustment.
