Why a .25 cal with 12 fpe ? Your velocity has to be in the 455-465fps with 25gr ish pellets ! Your trajectory is going to be so great your estimated distance will be very important to get a hit. At that kind of energy I doubt you are going to be able to take foxes at 50 yrds, you will probably...

I have the Hatsan 44 Long QE, the Sumatra in .25 and the Condor SS in 22, . All are fine guns, but for all around power the Sumatra and Condor blow the Hatsan out of the water. For quiet shooting the Condor is my choice. If you need a magazine, then the Sumatra is the way to go ... but both...

You get your slugs in the 945fps range and with head shots you should smack 'em You might want to try Eun Jin 43gr heavies too, as at 60yds you still have over 50 fpe. If your in a blind and your feeder 35-45 yds away, I might try the Eun Jins. In my Condor at 945fps they move my steel splash...
