I don’t recommend the STO action cover. I didn’t notice any sound reduction and you will need a scope mounted forward do to the cover needs to drop straight down over the magazine area.

My opinion your best bet is to contact the dealer and explain your issue. they may be a trick to installing this barrel differently than the original. if not the dealership should replace it with one that properly fits. My custom FX STX barrel has a similar design but does not cause any cycling...

I’m not sure, I would guess somewhere in the mid-20s. The majority of the time I was shooting with my regulator in160s I was running a single 0.4 jet/nozzle.
