I would say shoot it and find out. If you get stellar accuracy with the current fit of your pellets then why change it. In my hw97 Jsb's fit pretty tight but still gave good accuracy. That said the H&N FTT fit pretty lose but give slightly better groups. My gun is in .20 if that matters. 

I have been running the hawke varmint 6-24 SF on mine for 6 months now and I am pleased. Not super impressive but for 200$ it has been treating me real nice. I needed compensated mounts to get my desired zero but I expected that. What John said is on point Leapers and Hawke are most peoples...

Amazing group. Their isn't a better feeling than stacking pellets with a springer. So much more satisfying than any other kind of rifle in my opinion. German engineering sure makes it easier though.

I found that if you get them with a solid heart shot they will almost never spray. Especially if they don't feel threatened before the shot. Pretty nice trick if you are trying to get rid of them around the house. 

If your tune kit changes the velocity than that can have an effect. Some pellets like different velocities. 

I love hunting with my springer. I dont have a PCP but i have a CZ 22lr that shoots lights out to 150 yards but it is not my favorite rifle to hunt with. I like the challenge of the spring rifles and the idea of making my own power is just cool. I have no trouble knocking down game rabbit size...
