Hey James, How'd did you end up going with this issue? I have the exact same issue with my Gen1 Marauder and can't for the life of me work out why it won't release air when fired. Any assistance you could give would be VERY much appreciated. Luke

This specific setup could get out to 100 - 150m maybe 200m with the appropriate IR torch. With the T20, I can get 50 - 100m on open flat areas.

Yeah the shroud isn't OEM. Here in Oz we aren't allowed anything that moderates the report of the gun. The OEM shroud is classified as an incomplete suppressor so therefore it has to be removed. This carbon fiber shroud ports the air forward as opposed to the OEM shroud which ports the air back...

I'm pretty sure it's the OEM barrel.

No one has mentioned pellet availability. Believe it or not, local supply will come into it when you start shooting a heap of pellets. So think of that when you're contemplating .22, .25 or .30. My gen 1 marauder was my first pcp. Stand by my decision too.
