The "aim low" trick is problematic because you need to know the hight of the scope and distance to target, if your scope is 5mm from your barrel, point of impact only get low beyond 14 yards (60-75 grade angle) more closer in fact the point of impact ist hight!! you get lucky this time...nice...

Pellets? For .177 i prefer JSB Exact 8.4 grains, for .22 the same 18 grains. Fine Jack i only hunt doves and pigeons.

For 35 yards ok, what about 50? H&N cost double for some reason...good shoot.
