Does anyone have one they are not using? I could trade a BR stock towards it if that helps.

I would say that is a very heavy user. I was thinking more in terms of how many fills per year rather than how many pellets per week.

I have been using a Bauer for over 15 years and never did a thing as far as repairs. Routine maintenance is simple and fairly inexpensive. I would not say I am a very heavy user. My caution is that once you get one your friends will all want to use yours.

Not only notice the high prices but some vendors are sold out on what I need on occasion.

Never liked to wash them but a tiny bit of lube makes me feel like it works better.

Not to beat the topic into the ground but....say you are buying a new gun. What kind of pellets would you buy original or redesigned or both?

I like the versatility of the design. Kind of like having 2 guns but you don't have to learn the quirks of each one. It also seems like pretty simple changes anybody could make. I like fiddling with some things but I don't like being "in the weeds". Video makes it look easy.
