    Tuning Prod accuracy

Yea I've been tinkering with it, getting better at disassembling it for sure. I'm just going to do a complete rebuild on it this winter when my work slows down. Thanks for the help.

    Tuning Prod accuracy

Finally had some time to work on it today during the storm. Thought I had it all worked out, was shooting around 575-595 pretty consistent, so I reattach the rai and buttstock reattach the scope and put it on paper to see if it was still spraying pellets, it wasn't but on about mag 8 with a...

    Tuning Prod accuracy

Ok guys, have a prod that was super accurate, well I had it in my shed over the summer and got busy with work and forgot about it. It got rusty so I disassembled it to clean it up, reassembled it and now it just sprays pellets everywhere. Anyone give me an idea as to what is amiss with it...

What's up with TN hunting regulations on 30cal pellets?

Here in PA we can't even use a .25 for small game. Makes zero sense to me, my only thought is that they are comparing it to powder burners and thinking that nobody needs a .25 to kill a squirrel. Frustrating.

    Wraith sightmark

Anyone have one of the Wraith sightmark scopes and care to comment on it? They seem to get great reviews but thought maybe I would check here for your input as well. I like to research then research some more. I will say my intentions are to use it both for airgun pest work and also predator...

    FPS?

I have an FX Wildcat mkl in .25, it sends 25.39 job's on average 850 fps but when I shoot the 33.95's it drops to 650 fps. Is this normal? I understand its a heavier pellet but didn't expect this big of a drop. I have it zeroed at 50 yds for the 25.39 and the 34's are 6" low. Can I tune it to...

I feel so much better now about shooting my truck mirror last week. The farmer thought it was quite funny.

Show us your business / calling card

I have been thinking of doing this for quite a while now. What made me think of it is at my local feed mill there is a cork board where people hang business cards or for sale items, and I thought hey what a great way to get new places to hunt. Also they would be calling you and you never feel...

I had a gun for sale and he contacted me about it, made an offer I accepted and he made prompt payment, gun was shipped but not showing so by tracking number and he never got upset or said anything negative. Gun did arrive and he was happy with it. Good guy to deal with.

    Culling Feral Cats

And you can't go by, well there are no houses around so it's feral, you need to check. I remember when I was a kid my dad caught the neighbors cat in a fox trap, he warned them that he was trapping and they said oh that's ok she doesn't leave the yard, well Dad caught the cat a quarter to a half...

    Culling Feral Cats

Sonny, you will easily be able to distinguish a feral from the neighbors pet. Ferals are a nasty scruffy looking thing and oftentimes very nervous and spooky, whereas Fifi the neighbors pet is oftentimes very clean and fat and mostly has a collar around it's neck. I will never knowingly shoot...
