Seventy degrees and sunny in Donnelly, Idaho. Sitting in the grass waiting for the ground squirrels to pop back up. RAW HM1000 in .25 with the Hawke 6.5-20x42. Don't have to be back at work 'til Monday. Oh-Boy . -
Hawke Sidewinder minimum focusing distance adjustment?
Does anyone know exactly how to adjust the objective of the Hawke Sidewinder to bring minimum focus to 9 yards? There is a what seems to be a thin locking ring on the front, but I cannot turn it using moderate pressure. Has anyone ever attempted this? Thanks.
