Unfortunately I don't know if there is. Kinda the problem with balanced valves. I know some people modded their Impacts to make it much better but kinda the nature of the beast with a balanced valve. How are you tuned? 3-5% of max fps?

JTS and AEA pellets are from China and at the moment are doing much better than JSBs quality and consistency wise it seems. I just ordered more JTS 18.1gr a year apart from my first batch and you can't tell any difference on the pellets and havent had a single bent pellet in a few thousand...

Don't these guns have balanced valves? Could be valve stiction.

Thanks Randall! Great little family. Problem is they keep coming up in the classifieds I was almost tempted on a .22 Standard today lol but don't need more than these.

They are very sweet guns. Very hard to beat for the price. I know it's not a forward cocker but it doesn't bother me one bit. What's nice is with the DFL speed dial max is 900fps with 18gr, half turn out 865fps, 1 turn out 800fps, 2.5 turns out is around 565fps. Very repeatable. Will work nicely...

I had an Airspeed when they first came out. Was the biggest POS I've owned and ended up parting it out and throwing some stuff in the trash. Turned me off from the brand. I've heard the rainstorms were great but never got my hands on one.

Great guns. Both are lasers and very nice to shoot. I was thinking about maybe keeping my Evol and using a Zulus I ordered on it. But having this gun in hand now, the versatility of it with a DFL speed dial, the Zulus is going on here whenever I get it.

Lol don't take it personally. I'm in the camp of not cleaning until accuracy suffers. Which isnt often. But even if I would I don't have any guns where I'd say it takes more than a mag for accuracy to be dead on again, if even any shots.
