No, I don't think so. That smaller screw probably expands the pivot bolt to lock the threads. Like an FWB 124 does

I have the same problem. I'm going to grind it myself from a regular nut.I have 2 Slavias 618 with this problem, it doesn’t affect shooting in any way, just forget it.

Sorry I have no idea about size, Homedepot may help.I only know the castle screw size for the later model, it fits from the Diana rear sight.

What is the difference between the 620 and a 622? The front stock mounting bolts on the 618 and 622 are 4mm and the rear bolt is 5mm. I suspect the pivit bolt to be 5mm but have never needed one.
