Finally found a use for those little tables that hold the box off the pizza when delivered. We had a pizza night Saturday and after the cleanup I saw potential targets . I put them out about 30 yards and had some fun repurposing

I find myself repurposing things out of the recycling bin, job site, and at the local thrift store I'm known as the target guy.
It takes a Keene eye in picking out targets.

I have always enjoyed repurposing Squirrels as my targets . Also my pizza does not come with the little table thingies.

I pull the stickers off bananas and other stuff for targets--I mean heck ive already paid for them

The intended purpose of that little pizza table is to anchor the slices on either side of your slice while you’re tugging it from the pie so you don’t have to touch other people’s slices in the process.

I find the clean up after shooting plastic target a right chore, I prefer biodegradable targets such as pasta pieces, sugar cubes or slices of carrots, all go with a satisfying explosion.

That may be a good extra use, but the primary purpose is to prevent the lid from caving inward and pressing into the pizza when the delivery driver has 3 or 4 other things stacked on top of it.

They give my reason as a “secondary” use.
What’s funny is that the only times I ever see these things anymore is when we dine out at the pizzeria in town. Pizza comes to the table with a little table on it. Inversely when we order in from the same place they never include them. That’s what led me to my conclusion.

I like shooting smooshy grapes. I love my grapes firm and crunchy and as soon as they soften up they get turned into target practice! Same thing goes for any other food item that doesn't get eaten in time. Acorns at 50 yards is pretty fun too. They don't drop all year round though. Thank god.
