Yeah I need trigger time for sure. The rifle does indeed sound like a fart...lol.

May not need a long term investment, but you may make a long term friend that will let you borrow a rifle when you need it. Have borrowed my rifles to friends from time to time. And once they are filled, they are able to take more than a few shots to take care of the problem critters.

Where are you located at? There are members all over, I am sure there would be one of us that would let you try a few different guns. As well as calibers
