Anybody goes hunting this weekend in the CA Inland Empire ? MoVal./Hemet/Corona.

Agree with Crosman999. Do you not see the jack rabbits in the dessert. I'm in Palmdale/Lancaster all the time and see/hunt jackrabbits. There are a TON of "In the MIDDLE of know where spots there". There are YOTES there also. I see them in Palmdale You gotta put in the miles...............

.257 Airgun takes its 2nd Coyote

The 257 in airgun format is just about as deadly as its powder burner counterpart....lol. The 257 is a sleeper of a round. Its funny because its way too much for birds but great for squirrels. Great for all SMALL and some bigger game like Coyotes. Thanks for watching and........ STAY TUNED!

Yeah, i kept playing that exact scenario over and over in my head. He moved forward as i squeezed the trigger. I did NOT remember to say that in the video. It wasn't me, the yote moved forward at the shot. Nice call Salticon!

.257 Airgun takes its 2nd Coyote

Thank you. I've since done a lot of shooting at those ranges and the gun is simply deadly. It still has a ton of retained energy. Another guy on another forum is shooting his OVER 1000 yards out with much success. I rencently hit a half gallon water filled plastic jug at 435 yards with a HP...

.257 Airgun takes its 2nd Coyote

Jim, Thanks for stopping by. Yeah, i simply love the 257. I shoot this gun as much as I did with my Rapid 25. Well, when a gun does what this one does each and every time, its hard putting it down.

Lawndart, Thank you sir! Yeah, calling for a yote didn't bring him in but driving down the dirt road looking for rabbits with my trucks throaty exhaust note did the trick.......lol

This is a Coyote Kill from a year ago that I never posted on. I set out to yote hunt in the morning and was unsuccessful as I saw nothing in the area. After packing up and going to hunt Jack Rabbits, I quickly saw why I did not see this yote in the area that i've seen him in before. HE WAS...

Big Blast in a box 4/21/15

Fussell, I actually did FILM the 2 shots. 1 at 60 yards and one at 205 yards. I didn't put any UMPH into the talking in the video cause i did not know what to expect.....lol! I've even edited the video already but like i said, its KINDA BLAND except the BOOM of the 2 bottles. I only filled...
