I wonder if your DonnyFL is defective. I assume they are CNC. Maybe it’s slightly out of tolerance. In the installation video, it said to look through the barrel from back to see if any of the edges occlude the view. Have you tried that to check for alignment?

Unfortunately, our store/in-person accessibility to our hobby is pretty limited. I have to buy blind. I will likely go with the 350 mm. The saving grace is I can always buy a 250 mm barrel down the line when the itch occurs.
