I've only tried the NSA slugs. I'm only shooting at about 50 to 70 yards with them and the JSB 18.1's shoot with the same accuracy so I have them for my go to ammo.

Hi muffin-man, Mine shoots the 22gr pretty well at 820fps. I tried the boat tails slugs and they were terrible.

Try the Colombia River along the rail tracks where grain spills from the cars is good for pigeons and dove. I tried to delete this because it refers to WA side. But maybe any tracks there grain is hauled would work.

Sure, the dog town eradication is a concern but your life style and the intrusion on you by a public works site next door is even a bigger concern. I wish you well and hope you're able to deal with the changes.

Dave, good shooting. After I get thru most of my 23gr. NSA's I'll definitely want to try some 19's. My Cricket like the 23's but there is quite a difference from shooting 18 JSB's.

Gerrry52, Not sure about Peccary on Catalina. I spent 2 years there for school and didn't see or hear about any. I did get a lot of big pigs though. And I think they still have goat and pig hunts.
