Thanks everyone for your replies. I see it is a pneumatic. the shooter I watched in the video firing the gun did not appear to require much effort to cock the rifle. The FWB's just look cool, and being German should be a precision tool.

Anyone here own or shoot one of these? I watched a video on this springer last night and it looks impressive. Of course it should for the price. From what I gather its either no longer made or imported to the U.S. 

Anyone else own one of these? If so what scope are you using? 

The part about being 3 am makes this hard to believe. My guess is some liquid refreshment was consumed, and he shot at something. His story was it was an Armadillo. It might have been a car, a rock or other hard object. 

Spent my Saturday morning at the range shooting my RWS 56 TH. Paper targets then cans, plastic bottles and walnuts on the berm. Good day.
