Something just doesn't seem right. If you're shooting .25 slugs in a .25 huben they should fit fine. and the magazine rotation issue just doesn't make sense. It seems like you need to send it back to the place you got it from and have them take a look at it.

So you're sitting the GK1 pistol instead of the K1 rifle? I can't comment on that then. But the 50gr Alteros slugs fit tight in my K1 magazine. I can't imagine it would cause jams unless there's a big difference in the two. I thought they were the same platform. Hmmm
