    Best light options for ladies?

With some work I've managed to get a couple of p35s hanging comfortably with FX wildcats on all fronts but max output power. Once properly sorted they have a better trigger too 👍🏻 They're lovely little guns and I still have one. Or would if my dad ever gives it back 😆 The light weight and short...

    Best light options for ladies?

From a weight and LOP perspective the Brocock ranger/Atomic would be ideal. P35 close behind but a little riskier from a QC perspective. Uragan compacts are incredible guns but heavier than the above, with a longer LOP.

Other Truth behind Macavity Arms Prototype Airgun

With a name like that I genuinely thought this thing was an April fools joke or something when I saw the first video pop up on YouTube.

    Slugs for urugan 2

No not really. Few, if any, of the major slugs are inherently superior to the others- it's mostly what works in a certain gun. Like I said, nothing is guaranteed with these projectiles. But try them and others and see what works. The best speed you'll also have to figure out for yourself...

    Slugs for urugan 2

Agreed with the above, however a good starting point would be 25gr H&N HP2 and 25-28gr Zan in 0.218. The factory settings should have 25gr going around 970fps and every one I've come across so far prefers 0.218 to anything smaller. No guarantees though 🤷‍♂️

FX Solid barrel in DRS Pro Matt Dubber's video

Ah thanks for the confirmation. I can't stand Dubber so I literally watched that bit that Mubhaur mentioned and missed any other context.

FX Solid barrel in DRS Pro Matt Dubber's video

@mubhaur Maybe! I commonly make solid barrels using FX liners for various guns that have come with less than stellar. They work beautifully 👍🏻

FX Solid barrel in DRS Pro Matt Dubber's video

Interesting... They still advertise the pro as having superior heavy liners on their official site. Perhaps it's just a thick solid outer barrel negating the need for the carbon fiber sleeve? Just guessing - don't much like the DRS myself.

N/A Do ALL Regulators use Belleville Style Washers?

The older BSA pcps like the scorpion used a reg with a big coil spring in them. They were utter rubbish. Mostly since they weren't vented to atmosphere though, not necessarily because of the spring.

N/A Do ALL Regulators use Belleville Style Washers?

Nope. Electronic solenoid just flings a hammer at the same mechanical valve as the BRK Ghost 🤷‍♂️

Airgun Technologies AGT Uragan 2, Threaded Barrel?

I have the uragan 2 and the vet one. The uragan 2 has 8 big grub screw securing the barrel at intervals, with machined flats at those spots. Nothing is going to move that barrel, so I'd say it's much over muchness really. What was said about the metal on metal contact and no barrel orings at...

Airgun Technologies Airgun Technology Uragan 2?

Yep the only issue it ever really had was the balance valve having the balance chamber sealing o-ring on the valve piston rather than in a groove inside the balance chamber itself. Similar to having a the breech oring on the probe rather than in the barrel breech like is the norm nowadays. It...

    FX vs AGT

https://hardairmagazine.com/ham-columns/balanced-valves-for-pcp-airguns-theyre-here-today/ Not specifically about the uragan 2 one but it's a pretty standard balance valve so this article is probably the best. The uragan 2 hammer is also an SSG type design so there is a link to that in the...

Airgun Technologies Uragan 2 .22 tuning

Nope. That spring is totally unnecessary unless you jack the reg pressure up to ridiculous 200+bar levels. A friend tried that and his valve started leaking in no time flat.

Airgun Technologies Uragan 2 .22 tuning

The speed on the gun is essentially entirely determined by the reg pressure. The hst just has to be 'enough' to open the balanced valve. The poor accuracy likely relates to more than the velocity though, as all the ones I have set up have shot very well in that range. One issue the ones I have...
