Interesting. Is this it? Rear sight link

    Other Most underrated design/feature?

I may reach out to John haha. That would be awesome. But I still won't have any rear sights right? I don't have any experience with switching an air rifle barrel.

    Designing molds feasibility?

.22 and swaging. I wasn't a huge fan of having to produce so much heat. Does one method have any objective upsides?

    Designing molds feasibility?

I was quoting this observation bigHUN made: "And when you realize your pellets nothing better then the existing lineup off the shelf. Then what?" Neither the thought nor idea had crossed my mind. =)

    Other Most underrated design/feature?

It's funny you say that, after receiving my rifle in the post, I immediately regretted not getting a rifle with iron sights. Looking back I mostly went with the Cometa fenix 400 USC over other more functional Cometa 400 models simply because I liked the silhouette, and it was a hair shorter. I'm...

    Designing molds feasibility?

That's a valid point. I hadn't thought about the possibility of making higher-quality pellets than those available in stores. My main focus was on creating a functional mold in case I ever needed to make pellets myself due to lack of availability. It seems like it might be more economical to...

First Impressions with the Cometa Fenix 400 USC

I got the .22. I didn't do a crazy amount of research on it though so it wasn't a self-informed decision. I trusted some of the more veteran air gunners on the sub. Additionally, I liked the idea of having more projectile drop over distance (unsure of how true that is as I don't have anything to...

    Other Most underrated design/feature?

I've heard good things about all the HW's. I started with a Cometa (and John, the seller, tuned it down for me before shipping it to improve the accuracy) but HW is going to be my next buy. I'm still deciding whether it will be a PCP or a break barrel. Leaning more towards break barrel since I...

    Standing monopod/bipod/tripod options

I unlocked the PMs an hour or so ago. I made a post about a month ago, and I made 9 tonight. Now I just have to wait until a reasonable hour to reach out to a man about an air rifle.

    Standing monopod/bipod/tripod options

That sounds familiar, I read about that in a few places but have mostly been shooting with a sitting artillery hold so I hadn't noticed any accuracy issues. I haven't spent a crazy amount of time on paper yet so I may have experienced my hold affecting the accuracy but didn't notice it. I...

    Standing monopod/bipod/tripod options

you lucky duck. I checked ebay and couldnt find anything close to that value. Is there a specific place to find open box amazon products? Or is that the "used" option available on most amazon items?

    Designing molds feasibility?

I can only imagine how much it hurts to run into an error while machining. Luckily 3d printing stuff is pretty cheap and the biggest setback is time lost. You guys have some solid products. The website is really well put together. Was also able to find some good videos of people using the...

Selecting a scope that holds up?

I've heard a lot of people recommend the Hawkes. If I didn't already have a few vortex entry-level optics lying around that's what I was going to go with.

Selecting a scope that holds up?

I hadn't considered the difference wire/etched. I've never gone very deep in optics research so I'm ignorant in that dept. I can't find which is in my Sonora 4-12x44, but it looks like it could be wire since the reticles extend to the edges.

    Standing monopod/bipod/tripod options

I'd agree with that. I also put expensive optics on budget guns. So I just realized I'm being contradictory. Do you use any standing aim assists?
