Great to learn of the compatibility. I too have decided to go it without the PVC liner. I am contemplating filling the small "tampon" filter that that comes with the Yong Heng Compressor, with activated charcoal. I suspect the Aquarium /Pet Supply stores here in Trinidad should have activated...

New to the group here! I've got one of these Gold Chinese Filters on order. Can someone please confirm the input and output port thread size (1/8 OR 1/4) and type (NPT OR BSPP)? I need to order me some fittings, who got the best deal? Thanks
