    Traditional Rifle BAM B-40

Hello, I live in the Atlanta area and have a B-40 in .177 that I am not going to shoot anymore. I also have a Gamo Shadow 1000 with a broken main spring and a CDT trigger that will be a freebie along with the B-40. I am a little rough with my rifles so there are some marks. I have no idea the...

    HW35E new style stock

I have a 95 and it’s my best but not my favorite rifle simply because of the unusable open sights. The problem with shooting offhand with a scoped rile is that it also magnifies the amount of movement and truth be told, nobody is perfectly still shooting unsupported offhand, and the greater the...

    Acceptable offhand group size?

I have a tip for you. NPA . Natural point of aim. Here is the drill, get in position and shoulder the rifle and aim. Dont shoot but close your eyes while holding your aim and then open your eyes and observe if you are now aiming at the target. Think of mounting your rifle onto a manikin and...

    HW35E new style stock

Hands down the rifle with the scope. The other one has some handsome wood on it. I would like to know if you shoot the unscoped rifle offhand. I have an HW95 with such a high comb that its open sights are useless.

Is the beeman r9 /hw95 an all around springer?

I’m retired now and I shoot most every day. I just love shooting my 95 in .22 cal. My thoughts are that if you shoot often enough, the lower price of 177 pellets becomes an issue. Just saying

Driving cross country with air guns

I traveled shooting smallbore and carried my 1907 into hotels. I was doing a job out of town that lasted a week and I took it with me to dryfire(I have the short firing pin) own your weirdness. Flaunt it!

Why do you still shoot springers?

I think there’s a survivalist elegance to springers. I liken the springer to the flintlock vs pcp to percussion caps. There were plenty of people who chose the independence/security of the flintlock over the dependence on percussion caps. I guess the springer is the atlatle of air guns.

    Bam B-40 rides again.

I got a B-40 back when they were available and it’s amazing how accurate it is. It was sold at Flying Dragon and following the disappearance of the B-40 another underlevever was offered and that wound up becoming the Browning Leverage. What looks like an AA TX 200? The Bam B-40. check out...

    My Red Rider bb gun

I bought a Red Rider BB gun maybe 20 years ago thinking I would plink with it, but never got around to it because I am always shooting my "adult" air guns. Like many folks I am stranded at home and I noticed a few days ago that there is a squirrel eating all the bird seed I put out. I live in...

Does anyone here on the north side of Atlanta have an event to shoot at? I have some decent springers that I love to shoot and I haven't shot smallbore in 10 years. Thanks

    Benjamin Discovery dilemma

Hey guys. I have not posted in a long time and I’m only recently shooting again. Re introducing myself to my rifles and re evaluating them and my need for them. In question is my .22 cal. Benjamin Discovery. I’m a lover of spring piston rifles because......everything about them, but I wasn’t...
